So far, it seems to retain its charge effectively, though I haven’t had it for too long. It’s slightly heavier than my Galaxy S23, but it’s slim and easy to store anywhere. Definitely worth the investment.

It also sustained my phone’s charge for two nights at a hotel without access to a wall charger. I didn’t have to worry about conserving battery life since I was on multiple calls trying to resolve the situation.
Keep in mind that it takes a bit of time to fully charge due to its large capacity—typically two to three times longer than your phone. I usually plug it in before bed, and by morning, it’s fully charged. I make sure not to overcharge or overheat it, as that can damage the battery and affect its ability to hold a charge. Upon unboxing, the device had approximately 25% charge. I connected it to my Pixel 7 fast charger via the USB-C port, and it reached 100% in roughly 3 hours. I then used the battery pack to charge my Pixel 7 from around 20% to full in about 1.5 hours with a USB-C to USB-C cable. I couldn’t ask for better performance. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I had some concerns about the charging time based on other reviews. Initially, I plugged in the USB and after 24 hours, it still wasn’t charged. It turned out I hadn’t connected the USB properly into the charger. Once I fixed that, it charged quickly. While it is on the heavier side, I appreciate that it can charge more than just my phone and is designed to retain power for a while. I’ll update my review in about six months.

I just received this product today and, based on other reviews, I’m optimistic about its performance. However, the instructions, which are poorly written in broken English, mention that it should be “fully charged” before first use.
When I plugged it in, I noticed all four LEDs were lit, indicating a charge between 75% and 100%. But does that mean it’s “fully charged”? It’s unclear. To be safe, I let it charge for another six hours before testing it with my “half charged” iPad, and the power bank showed only 3 out of 4 bars—75% or less!
I’ve seen other comments stating that charging takes a while, but clearer instructions would help. It’s been nine hours of charging now. I don’t mind waiting, but I’m still unsure how to confirm if it is “fully charged” as recommended.
The unclear instructions leave me puzzled. I hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, so I consider myself reasonably competent. Many reviews are positive, and I plan to try again later. I remain hopeful that this product will meet my needs for occasional weekends in a cabin without electricity, but I wanted to share my concerns about the manual.
