I purchased this power bank mainly for my digital sheet music setup. It effectively charges two 12.9″ iPad Pros, along with my phone and a USB fan. I use this setup to display sheet music while performing in a concert band. So far, I’ve only completely drained it once. After fully charging it, I used it to power both iPads for three 2-hour playing sessions, keeping both screens on and with the iPads needing a recharge. When the power bank ran out halfway through the third session, it had already charged both iPads enough to last the rest of the evening without any issues. While I wouldn’t recommend it for charging a laptop, it handles two iPads, a phone, and an additional device effortlessly. I’m not sure if it’s suitable for air travel, which could limit its portability. Aside from that, it works perfectly!

I’ve been using this device for a couple of weeks, and its power capacity is impressive—it can recharge all my devices multiple times. My job keeps me away from outlets for about 10 hours each day, often while I’m sitting around. I can easily charge my laptop or Steam Deck multiple times with it.
However, the charging speed leaves something to be desired. If you’re using it to charge a mobile gaming device like the Nintendo Switch or Steam Deck while playing, it might slowly drain instead of charging.
There are a few minor drawbacks: it attracts fingerprints like crazy and is quite large. It won’t fit in your average pocket, and it’s fairly heavy. Additionally, if you plan to use it primarily for travel, I wouldn’t recommend it; it’s likely to be confiscated at airport security.
Overall, it’s a solid product from a reputable brand with just a few minor issues. For the average user, the charge lasts about a week.

The battery has performed well during our trips. Initially, I was uncertain if it was functioning, as it took some time to show that it was connected to the charger. However, after the first full charge, it worked perfectly. I opted for the larger size for my laptop so we wouldn’t need to carry multiple batteries in our bags.
Just a heads up: this battery is too large to take on flights within the EU. It was confiscated in Frankfurt, but luckily, a Delta gate agent was able to recover it for us before our return flight to the States. We haven’t encountered any issues with it here, but we’ll need to use smaller batteries for our next trip.

I have been a loyal Anker customer for years, owning various chargers, batteries, and even their Eufy Robovac. Recently, I got a new eBike and needed a dependable portable charger for longer trips to power my phone and portable speaker. This charger boasts a sleek design, though it is a bit heavy, and offers impressive fast charging and long battery life. It easily charges my phone, tablet, and laptop without any hassle. While some may find the weight a drawback, the capacity more than compensates for it. If you want higher capacity, you do have to sacrifice a bit of convenience and space. Given its output, the size is quite reasonable.
However, after a few months of use, I noticed one of the USB-C ports became loose, leading to connection issues. If I moved the cable even slightly, the charger would stop charging my device, which was disappointing as I really liked it and was just outside the Amazon return window.
I reached out to Anker via email to explain the situation. They responded promptly and requested a video demonstrating the issue. After I sent it, they confirmed it was a defective unit, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to send me a brand-new device within a couple of days. They also allowed me to keep the original, which was thoughtful.
I’m thoroughly impressed with their customer service and how they resolved the issue. They were courteous, professional, and generous. The new charger arrived quickly and works flawlessly. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Anker products to anyone in need of a portable charger—or really anything from their lineup!
