UPDATE-2022-10-24: The seller offered me $20 to delete my review, but I refuse to be swayed. Their product description is misleading, stating 36800mAh instead of the actual 8000mAh. After testing, I found these power banks only deliver about 6400mAh of usable power. This aligns with the expected output of 8000mAh at 80% efficiency, as no lithium battery can be fully discharged without damage. I ended up purchasing five XEGNER Portable Chargers, advertised at 30000mAh, which turned out to be accurately represented. I’ll gladly forfeit the $20 to inform potential buyers. Amazon reviews can be unreliable, but this is my honest experience.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: These power banks did not meet my expectations. I found myself recharging them far too often based on the devices I was using. To assess their performance, I conducted a simple test with several units:

However, it doesn’t fully charge my old iPhone 11 Pro or my current iPhone 15 Pro; it just extends their battery life slightly when I’m running low. As for the solar charger, it seems ineffective; I’ve never noticed it making a difference, and you’d probably need to leave it in the sun for weeks to see any result. It charges incredibly slowly. The flashlight works well, but don’t take it camping unless you want to be left in the dark.

Let’s be honest, the description clearly states, “The product has a solar charging function, but due to the large battery capacity and the limited charging power of the solar panel, the solar charging speed is very slow and is intended as an additional emergency option. For regular use, it’s advisable to charge the product with a charger of at least 5V2A.” This has been my experience as well: while it can charge via solar, going from empty to full can take several days (or even a week) in direct sunlight. Overall, this battery pack is excellent, offering impressive capacity at a great price.
